Daily Feed Program – A Program for Life
The daily feeding program continues to be a vital part of the orphan care program.
This is well supported by the volunteers and staff of ECRAD to first of all provide the food, including from the on-site Farm and to cook and serve a daily simple meal.
The food is still prepared using basic kitchen facilities including an open fire.
This is something that will need to change in the future to meet Health and Safety recommendations to provide a better kitchen with a fuel efficient stove in a covered building.
No matter where you are – one job always needs done – the washing up.
