The weather has taken its toll on the ECRAD site and surrounding area.
The nursery and temporary kitchen has been completely blown away leaving just the foundations and a cooking area.
The nursery was in daily use as a classroom for the nursery age children, then at meal times as a dining area for the ECRAD orphans. It also provided some cover for the cooking area.
Repairs have started with roofing materials arriving.
The surrounding area has been hit hard too with houses destroyed.
